Password Reset Policy
 

To ensure you have a good experience on SimStore, we regularly monitor our site to keep your account information safe. In order to secure your data, we have updated our policy related to passwords. The updates include:

  • SimCenter will be expiring and disabling all passwords as of November 17, 2017
  • Passwords must be reset using the ‘Forgot your password’ link on the login screen
  • Passwords will automatically expire every 90 days, at which time you will be prompted to reset your password

For assistance in the United States, please call the SimCenter customer service team at 800-898-2046 or send an email to customer.service@mysimcenter.com. Support hours are from 8am to 8pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. Saturday support hours are from 10am to 6pm Eastern Time.
